You are probably going to ignore this advice but I went the inserts route and they fogged so quickly I didn't even get out of the safe zone. Inserts are that much closer to the face that they just fog really fast and its a real problem. Heck I even tried polycarbonate anti fog coated inserts and those worked only marginally better. You need to see in airsoft, as good as possible, the best trade off is to use contacts, been there tried it all now I stick a finger in each eye before every airsoft game putting the darn things in.
