Hello,

I am having trouble finding the following items on CPC (some to buiild a MOSFET, others to fix connectors etc):

1 x IRL1404Z Mosfet (N)
1 x SPP80P06P Mosfet (P)
1 x 6" length of red 16 AWG wire
2 x 3" lengths of black 16 AWG wire
1 x 3" length of thin wire

Assorted Heatshrink Tubing (similar to this http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/161161130410)
Uninsulated Female 2.8mm connector (http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/151088839413)

If anybody could help locate these items for my ver 2. gearbox m4 i would be extremely grateful!

Why do you want to build your own MOSFET? Also - CPC won't sell 3" bits of wire, you'll have to buy a whole reel. Personally I'd advise you to buy an off the shelf MOSFET which is tested and proven in the market. Gate, Burst Wizard etc all make decent hardware for not much money.

If you can't find the connectors you want from Farnell then they probably don't make them. That said, an RC spares shop might be a better bet. Also - go find your local Maplins. Which connectors are you looking to replace? The motor ones?

Yeah yeah, the spade connectors on the motors. One of them snapped of so going to be removing and replacing it with a new spade connector.

I had this happen - if you get some 2.5mm spade connectors for crimping (with the red plastic ferrule on) you can crimp them on then remove the plastic with a pair of cutters. Sleeve them over with some heatshrink and Bob's your uncle.
