Baz JJ
Most milsims are not themed to any particular force and normally teams wear a general colour or colour of camo to differentiate them from the other team i.e one team wear black and the other wear camo etc. Do you mean filmsim or milsim ? Unrustle_Thine_Jimmies
NI? I'm in the Republic by the border,so I can offer some help. But first off,you don't need an accurate Impression for a MILSIM. Most of the lads and ladies don't give two fucks on impressions as long as you don't look really out of place,as looking really out of place could mislead people on team alignment. I'd say to be on the safe side buy some Woodland BDUs, a boonie and a shemagh since some sites use headgear and Camo as Identification for teams. If you live near the border you can travel to Bellurgan Park in Louth which is pretty close, they host great games, guys running it are really experienced and know their stuff, and I've yet to have a bad experience at the place, people who frequent it are friendly too. Toy soldiers airsoft in Belfast are really good too,I haven't got the funds scraped up to visit yet but I've heard nothing but good stories about them. Sim Tac airsoft all the way in Meath have also made a good name for themselves, yet to play there but again, some guys I know from Bellurgan have given good feedback.
