I got one like this:

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Genuine-MAGPUL-PTS-MOE-Polymer-M4-M16-Handguard-Black-/300956629249?pt=UK_SportingGoods_Hunting_ShootingSports_ET&hash=item461269b901

It isn't from the same seller were I got one from though. Have a look around on Ebay ;) Its not bad for the price, it holds the battery nice and tight and all my attachments with very little warble.

I have two Classic Army M15A3 rifles.

One has a Magpul handguard like the one linked above. It comes apart so you can put your battery in it but if you want to add torches, grips etc you have to add a rail to it.. My other has a 'quad rail', it just replaces the existing handguard.

I got mine for £17.99 free postage.

You would have to find an alternative location for your battery though as they are firmly bolted on. You would need to get yourself a 'crane stock' to take the battery or use a pouch fixed to the existing stock,

I have a full solid stock on my quad railed rifle so it just goes in there.

My other M15 has the Magpul hand guard that takes the battery and a stock like the one in your picture.
