khorozm
I am talking about this thing, I don't really know the name of it. https://docs.google.com/file/d/0B__4z1HAZcWxblVrX1FlaEFPQTQ/edit?usp=sharing Is there a proper name for it? Where can I buy them? Thanks
Supporters M_P Posted August 25, 2013 Supporters Share Posted August 25, 2013 Looks like something to secure extra length on straps? Possibly called a strap retainer or something along those lines.

The one in the picture is exactly what I want. Doesn't seem that I can buy any though
TacMaster
Tbh that looks more like something you'd keep a sleeping mat or a basha tarpaulin rolled up with
Supporters Ian_Gere Posted August 30, 2013 Supporters Share Posted August 30, 2013 What we need is a pic with something else in there to give it scale. A description in words wouldn't hurt either. It looks to me like the bit of elastic you use to keep a pressure switch for torch or laser in place on a vertical foregrip - which I don't think has a special name. You're probably best buying the size & colour of elastic you want and making it yourself.
Hibernator
Is it just the little band to tidy up excess webbing straps? They are called Elastic Keepers http://www.t3gear.com/t3-elastic-keepers-10-pack/ or Retaining Bands http://www.tacticaltailor.com/retainingbands.aspx If it's for tidying up webbing, look for ITW Web Dominators http://www.tactical-kit.co.uk/itw-web-dominator-3594-p.asp
