Blackbeard Posted July 20, 2013 Posted July 20, 2013 So I am thinking of buying this: http://www.zerooneairsoft.com/product_info.php?cPath=268_318_403_494&products_id=5645 And i was wandering wether this would fiit: http://www.wolfarmouries.co.uk/airsoft/bb/product.asp?page=product&id=AA203BK If it doesn't, then can somebody suggest something else?
Mack Posted July 21, 2013 Posted July 21, 2013 It will fit, although It will be wobbly and not very sturdy as its bolted on to a bit of plastic. Best bet is to get a RIS or RAS rail such as http://www.ebairsoft.com/dboys-style-cqbr-p-5238.html
Blackbeard Posted July 21, 2013 Author Posted July 21, 2013 Yeah, that's what I thought I could do, but A. It has to be 2 tone B. It has to be able to house a battery
AirsoftTed Posted July 21, 2013 Posted July 21, 2013 If you are a regular skirmisher and/or a member of your local airsoft site, it doesn't have to be two tone. It would pass as a valid defence for you to put the RIS on your gun. A PEQ Box can easilly be fitted to house the battery.
Blackbeard Posted July 21, 2013 Author Posted July 21, 2013 So all I have to do is do a few skirmishes and then I can change the grip to a black ris? I'm only 14 tho..
AirsoftTed Posted July 21, 2013 Posted July 21, 2013 No, You'd need a site membership minimum and to confirm they keep records that you're a regular skirmisher. Then it would be a good idea to check a marshal knows you and could vouch for you being a skirmisher if ever asked.
Blackbeard Posted July 21, 2013 Author Posted July 21, 2013 Ok, but for now, would a rail that bolts on underneath suffice?
AirsoftTed Posted July 21, 2013 Posted July 21, 2013 Yeah it should do. However if your front end is a bit wobbly, you'll have the same wobble when using your foregrip.
Mike636 Posted July 21, 2013 Posted July 21, 2013 Or for the same total price http://www.proairsoftsupplies.co.uk/acatalog/cm_16_carbine_raider_l_combat_machine_.html
Blackbeard Posted July 22, 2013 Author Posted July 22, 2013 Ok, can you reccomend a good battery for that? (Ideally on zero one airsoft)
Mike636 Posted July 22, 2013 Posted July 22, 2013 Well an 8.4v 1600 MaH NiMh is the manufacture recommended battery
Blackbeard Posted July 22, 2013 Author Posted July 22, 2013 Ok, so it would be a crane stock one for this right?
Mike636 Posted July 22, 2013 Posted July 22, 2013 Yeah a crane stock would be perfect, sometimes they are also called nun chuck style too
AK47frizzle Posted July 23, 2013 Posted July 23, 2013 well i would've said a 9.6v 1600 mAh nunchuch battery but 8.4v is still ok. IMO, a 9.6v would perform but better but would wear it out that little bit faster but that doesn't matter for me.
