I had one person hang up on me on the phone - issue was with another store I had never heard off lol. It was obviously my fault for their cock up...

Its great when you get the odd nice customer though, especially when they have a go at the rude ones as some guy did in the past

yup - I did work in retail many many moons ago and was quite good at it but people have got ruder over the years. Luckily I mainly work with machines now and boy am I rude and absuvise to those bastids if they play up
