  1. So any metal slide for a 26 tm will fit on the advanced?
  2. Oh :/ Any possibility I could just use a metal slide for a G26 or G17?
  3. So I've found a TM G26 advanced for £65 in my local area, AND he'll two tone it. Only problem is a small crack in the front of the slide. I was wondering if there was any chance I would be able to find a replacement, in metal. I know they stopped making the 26 advanced, but can I get a metal slide for it still?
  4. I'm getting a £400 sig 556 dmr for £135, I have no issues about the gun part of sniping, I'm just not sure about trying to find cover, waiting for targets etc etc.
  5. I have advertised on a lot of forums that I'm looking for a cheap GBB pistol, if noone wants to sell one though, I'll go for the compact in a UKARA safe green XD
  6. Pretty simple really, I'm just curious as to what sniping is like in airsoft, as if it doesn't sound right for me I have to decide on a new idea for my main armament. Any input will be helpful, and any stories would also be great!
  7. *Beretta is about 70cm long in the grip too, so with 10mm less on the XDM my hand will still fit. Yay, I now have 2 guns to save up for! Thank you very much for the help, but I do have one more question I hope everyone/someone can help me with. When I buy the gun, what Gas should I use??
  8. Well I'm currently holding my brothers cheap, taccy sunday market spring barretta and that fits quite comfortably, with a few mill room for movement and I suppose if the trigger guard was smaller or wasn't there I could comfortably get my hand smaller. Could you possibly give me the length, width and depth of the glock 17 grip? I could then use that to compare to the barretta and see how much room I could have. This all seems rather serious for toys guns doesn't it XD
  9. Only problem I can find with that gun now is that if the small mags make the gun too small for my hand I can't find the magazine adapters for the larger mags anywhere, not even on their own site.
  10. I'm guessing I can't buy the pistol from that site as they're not UK based, it's slightly cheaper on there. £20 per mag isn't bad from the other site though, but I would have to wait until I got the gun to buy mags, I'd want to see if the smaller mag is comfortable.
  11. http://www.zerooneairsoft.com/product_info.php?cPath=267_314&products_id=3533 I think I've found the one...as long as I can find more 26+ round mags for it, I've got a feeling the smaller mags would make the pistol too small to hold, I suppose I wont know unless I bought one.
  12. http://www.arniesairsoft.co.uk/reviewpost/showproduct.php/product/952/title/galaxy-mp5k-pdw/cat/16 More than a little put off :/ Maybe I will just go for a gas or electric pistol, I suppose they can produce a better weapon for less if there's less weapon to produce.
  13. Actually, I've always wanted to use my airbrush on something like this...I could easily do some kind of outlandish camo on it...
  14. Okay, so after looking I might actually like the galaxy MP5 with no stock...but I just can't stand it in blue or "red". Anyone know where I could maybe get one in realistic colours?
  15. Only gripe I have with the MP5 is that it's unbalanced for one handed use, because the mag is in front of the pistol grip and the front is long it has all the weight forward (I had an MP5 before and tried using it one handed). With something like the MP7 or even an Uzi if I could find one I liked, that problem doesn't exist. All the weight is right above the grip.
  16. I think I'll be going with either the blackviper or well mp7. Just a case of deciding which.
  17. http://www.onlybbguns.co.uk/r4-well-aeg-r-4-rifle.html?filter_name=MP7#.VM_aQp2sXgw Cheaper, slightly bigger but not as big as an MP5, and from the reviews is almost as good as the tokyo it's cloned from
  18. I don't have my own UKARA, but a friend of mine has already offered to use his and keep the gun until I get my own. Unfortunately I don't like MP5's. I had a cheapo £20 one from a sunday market once and found it really uncomfortable. I'm looking for something along the lines of an MP7 or Uzi really. Very small and lightweight, something I can surprise people with.
  19. Budget is a low as possible really. Around the 70-80 quid mark I suppose.
  20. https://bbguns4less.co.uk/products/Blackviper-MP7-AEG-electric-Rifle-.html Something like this is what I'm thinking, compact, cheap, high rof and looks quite nice.
  21. Well if I need something for about 30 meters range with 250 fps up couldn't I go with a cheap electric smg? I know the quality is probably going to be terrible, but it would give me a nice rof advantage over a pistol.
  22. He can and will. Overall it needs a new locking pin for the battery area, a few internals moving around as a couple of wires were caught by the guy that did the original customization, and he also needs to find out why it wont fire on semi, and if it's powerful enough I'll get him to lock it to semi.
  23. Now I don't know what to do XD I have found that Dan Wesson with the power down rounds instead of the standard ones somewhere, I forget where though. I'm gonna have to think about it and see what this 556 is like first I think. If they can't get semi auto to work on it then I shouldn't need a sidearm for a while. If they can then I can't skirmish without one XD
  24. Just to clear things up I no longer have the double eagle. I got rid of that not long after asking on here about it. I'm now buying a heavily customised Magpul Sig 556 DMR/Sniper. Here is a link to the revolver I want, pick it apart and tell me it's useless, I know you all will http://www.airsoftworld.net/airsoft-guns/airsoft-pistols/springers-one-cock-per-shot/python-revolver-8-barrel-spring-powered-stainless.html It's either that or I wait for BBgunsforless to get their Gas 6inch revolver back in stock.
