      Sorry, that was more for TeddyBoy as I know some of the HK sites are useless. If it's not working on the Royal Mail site then it isn't a valid tracking code or they used online postage but dropped it in a letter box and not at a post office (still gives you a tracking ID but it won't be tracked as it needs to be scanned first and this isn't done at a depot unless it's been done at the office).

      I bought a foregrip from Honkers recently and was amazed that the tracking number worked and able to go to my Royal Mail sorting office and see which postwoman had delivered it to my house and who had signed for it.

      The tracking numbers are universal and should - in theory - work everywhere. The problem is money of course - only the more pricey companies get tracked in the UK too (EMS Speedpost do for example) and lots of the foreign companies give the number wrong or something. It'll only show in the UK database once it's landed at Coventry or Heathrow though usually.
