Airlabs have cleared the issue with regards to these not being released. The ones HSA were referring to which I quoted on there site weren't released but the ones I have are the new redesigned ones. Airlabs have offered me full help on installation of which way they go in and if after this I am not happy they will allow me to return for a refund

The maker said they aren't the best and that's why hey weren't released

don't know bud it's just getting worse and worse.

the followers that have been recommended to me to buy from Airlabs are copies. Hunterseeker who makes these has confirmed they were never released and is surprised to find I have two sets here with me.

just noticed this. I know how to fit the standard spring etc. I meant I ant sure on how these HSA followers would be fitted, are they like just screwed directly on to the spring then just pushed in as normal ? which way would i need to make sure they are etc. this is them, received today.

yeah got them from here in the UK, have sent the supplier an email to try resolve before I take any further.

The only problem is I have paid for new springs etc but may as well fit them. Also have 30,000 BBs that are dodgy lol at least they work in my Hi caps so can blast them away in my SMP

So I have just ran a BB test on a few different brands I have available and I must say ANNOYED isn't the word. King arms .25g - fed perfectly entire mag G&G .25g - as above Blaster .25g - as above. BUT I have around 30,000 .25s which I bought believing they were Blaster .25s but not in their original bottle/bags. Anyway so they are the ones I have been testing on and they never feed at all but having tried just now all the other brands and actual brands they all fed perfectly. So not only have I spent £100 on fake blaster .25s and on top £53 on new springs and followers only to find it's the damn BBs. Now it's stupid as I didn't put it down to those as they work perfectly in my hi caps but obviously they would. NOT HAPPY AT ALL.

So I have tried the following brands. G&G own mid caps. CAA Dytac Magpul. Worked better but not fully. I have also tried the Beta project Pmags they wouldn't even fit lol. so I am goin to upgrade the springs in the G&G mags I have and see what happens with those. My mate has the exact same ones and his feed .25s no probs. Think it will do a BB test as well. Use my .25s then his and see if there's a difference. have tried fewer BBs but to run 120rd mid caps with only 30-50 BBs in I may as well change to low caps.

Yeah defo pissing me off I've tried nearly all mid caps so far bar a few and none feed .25s if I put 30-50 in the mid cap they feed but anymore or fill and nothing. This is why I am turning to upgrades to see if it makes a difference. The only other conclusion is its the BBs them self

I would have but since I have tried these mid caps in all 6 of my weapons I cannot see it being the weapons. They work excellent on .20g juat not .25

So the DD MK18 RIS wasn't quite working for me, so I've put this DD AR15 DE RIS on and sprayed my grip from OD to tan. It's ready for my SMP unit now, it's flush with the upper receiver no gap like the MK18 gave me.

ill have to wait to receive them to see how they go in and if they'll fit or not. can't find anything on their site showing me how they are fitted.

Those look different. How do those work then and I assume they fit in as they look ? Sorry never messed with mid caps before bar PTW ones

Cool. Did you cut the end off that goes thinner for the PTW follower ! Will give them a crack.

Did your standard followers fit these springs as well or did you put the PTW follower on ?

Cool. How much do these need cutting down and do you know if they'll feed .25s.

tried a vast number of mid caps mate none of which will feed .25s so looking to change the springs if I can

Hi to all, Does anyone know where I can get replacement strong springs for an M4 mid cap magazine and followers as well !!!! The only ones I can find so far are PTW replacement MAG springs but I need standard M4 ones. If anyone knows can you please post link/s in this thread or PM me. it would be very much appreciated. The DD Omaga RIS I have would fit nicely onto your weapon mate I had it on one with the exact same fitted perfectly and looked mint. HPA is the way forward, mine has been ordered from the States to save money and will be well worth the wait. The silencer is to make it quite it's quite without one but with one on wow you can't even hear it going. They are excellent my mates have them and they are awesome.

thanks Team Flex. a lot of time has gone into them and the M4 should be completed soon with the SMP unit then I will do a walk through review video of the SMP

not into the m4a1 look with this at least when I take off the silencer it'll still be short without that daft long barrel

So added the QD silencer something so simple but makes one heck of a difference. Also completed my TM1911. Madbul Black Python 6.03 tightbore, guarder recoil kit & nine ball piston set and compensator for added looks. A bit dark sorry.

looks a good little thing that. I've used a rubber seal three one to make the base a little more solid against the receivers and two inside the the barrel nut to pull the barrel down but with that means an very so slight gap bbetween the RIS and main body

So I took on board comments from the pic below and decided to to make a change and put a DD MK18 RIS on. Now it's new look.
