If a buyer recieves an item and then takes a week to claim that it is "faulty" Should i have to issue a refund? we did have solid communications during the time he recieved the item and when he claimed it was faulty.
It was fine when it left, well as fine as a £100 Dboys rifle can be, then he messaged me saying he had received it, Then sent me another a few days later on advice for a charger for it, then today sayiing the trigger was slow.
