@DRG Bro, Why on earth would you close the dispute? 😳. You should leave it open and active until your item arrives and is in the correct condition that was advertised when you bought it. If it doesn't arrive and they're failing to provide any legitimate info to you then you just push it onto the next stage and let PayPal take care of it. 

Leaving it open until it arrives (or doesn't) literally does no harm to either you or the seller whilst you're both sorting it out. If the seller told you he was sorting it and asked you to close the dispute, that's just another red flag. Always keep it open until you have the item in your hands and you're satisfied with it. Hopefully your bank can help you out mate 👍🏼

Hopefully you can both get it sorted out amicably. @SquashyTundra You should always send stuff tracked buddy as it's pretty much your only safety net as a seller and have the buyer cover the costs of postage in your listing. @Lee lockett Always, Always, ALWAYS use PayPal Goods and Services as this is pretty much your only safety net as a buyer, You don't need any Paypal account to use PayPal FYI. Always good to request to have it tracked if the seller isn't already sending it tracked, even if it costs an extra tenner or so! Pretty much all sellers will send stuff tracked as default due to it being their main safety net anyway. It takes all the stress and guess work out of the equation for when your parcel will be with you and piece of mind that it was sent in the first place! I always record my full unboxing as well and I strongly suggest that everyone else does too. If a scammer has sent me an empty parcel to provide tracking info so it all looks legit. It won't be a "Your word against his" you'll have clear cut video evidence of the parcel you received and will be an easy and quick decision for PayPal to give you your money back. 

Using the method Adolf explained to find out what amp to charge the battery at is the general rule of thumb mate. If you have a battery that is 1450 Mah for example it will be 1.45 amp. However you can't usually go up in .5 so I always tend to keep mine under to be safe so I charge my 1450 Mah lipos at 1.4 amps and my 1300 at 1.3 👍🏼... Make sure you're using a decent smart charge intended for lipos and be sure to select "balance charge" and have the little white plug on your battery connected to the charger.
