G&p magpul MOE M4 CQB. Bought it second hand for £30 as a non functioning RIF and did the research to repair it and fix it myself

Did it a few days ago but I think it was +/- 1 but will need to double check. Maybe you're right given that a barrel is only £20 or so. Was a real pain to get that barrel spacer out from the hop up, felt like it was welded In haha. I actually had to take a small flathead and a small hammer to it to edge it into the hop up window

Thanks for the quick reply. Already put in a ML macaron and an omega nub. Air seal seems quite strong against nozzle and without. SHS M100 spring shooting at around 335fps

I bought a non functioning g&p m4 and have slowly been replacing bits here and there to get it working. Now that its alive, is it worth replacing the stock inner barrel with something like a ZCI 6.02 inner barrel? Haven't taken it to a field yet to test its accuracy yet but have cleaned the inner barrel. Many thanks

Indeed I haven't played yet. Was definitely on the to-do list to rent and get ukara . Yeah well over 18. Was interested in my teens before but didn't have a means to travel to any sites around London. Will definitely ask around when I finally get to going to Reforger Haha thank you! I will definitely try to fiddle with some guns once I get closer to purchasing. Would definitely try to avoid a Lemon. Would you say it is necessary to get a brand new gun reshimmed just to avoid bad QC? Even if from G&G

Hi all! Looking to start Airsoft at some point this year and have been looking up what would be a good starter gun would be. I see alot of G&G recommendations but at the same time there are people that say that the combat machine range has been surpassed by the likes of Specna Arms In both technology and build quality. So In my mind I have narrowed down my selection to either a G&G CMF-16 or a Specna Arms Edge 2.0. Would love to hear the opinion of others regarding which one would be better or even first hand experiences with either guns. Many thanks!
