    I'm after a ZCI rotary hop unit and it's out of stock absolutely everywhere. Anyone know of an obscure airsoft shop that stocks them

    My local cqb site has a limit of 330 fps with .20 so 1j or 295fps with .25 so I need to come down a bit but will be short stroking 4 teeth as this is solely a semi auto build which is why I wanted to know roughly what spring I'm at so I can take the roughly 60 fps I lose from the short stroking and add that with a spring upgrade to bring me between 320 and 330 on .20

    If only my arp9 had a quick change system lol I was hoping maybe I could work out roughly what it was and but the next 1 or 2 up. Never mind I guess I will hold off touching it till the wife goes away in a few weeks and then spend a day on it

    I would like to work out what spring is in an Aeg I have just bought. Its an arp9 but has had a 200mm barrel fitted and 12:1 gears but no short stroking and shoots at around 305fps with .25 bb's

    I have had a play for a few games and it is very nice but I really dislike the huge suppressor and quiet like the stock look of the arp9. Perhaps I could but a pdw rail and short barrel extention and do it that way

    So my specna H12 has a slightly different stock tube it appears the retention part that holds the stock in as you extend and retract is deeper set that my other aeg and the sling plate has a bigger opening and the buffer tube actually passes through it instead of sitting on top. I want to install my new CTR stock but it wobbles about. Can I just install a normal type buffer tube?

    Yeah I know 280 is pretty reasonable so I'm not overly worried but I have a cqb gun that is bang on 290 on .25 and this gun is my outdoors gun so if I can cheaply get it closer to the 1.14 mark then why not. I have one of those small pottable rechargeable chrono's which I take to all my games and I have compared it to my 4 local sites that I attend so I know the biggest variance is 6fps over my chrono the rest are all within few fps either side. I've bought this barrel now not out of need anymore but just out of shear curiosity to see what if any difference it will make

    I cannot remember the spring but its shooting 280fps with .28 bb's on average with a variance of around 5fps I would like to get it up to around 290 without having to mess with my spring as it's a right pain getting to it

    Cheers guys purely from reading all the comments I'm going to grab the 340mm even if I don't end up sticking with it as they are only cheap and see if I gain anything or nothing and feed back my results. I did skimp on the details it's an 416d with 3/4 cylinder short stroked by 4 teeth (2 pickup 2 release) warhead motor stock nozzle which has an oring and seals perfectly, zci hop unit and maple leaf Mr hop 60.

    As stated above I want to increase my fps a bit I'm using a 300mm zci 6.02 barrel how much fps would I gain by increasing the barrel length to 340mm?

    What is the performance like between the 2, I normally rock an 11.1v 30c so would the 11.1v 3000mah lion perform the same?
