  1. But, are those the 'fun' factors? Not sure it's that silly: Plenty of sites in the USA selling kit. Some LE/Mil forces are going over to laser: Less clearing up (especially vs paintball), less consumables, no 'cheating' (deliberate or not), and far better accuracy at longer ranges. All as far as I gather from 'googling'. I was asking in case anybody had actual experience of a conversion.
  2. 'Laserquest' type places seem to be getting more popular, partly due to better accuracy at longer ranges? Has anyone carried out a conversion of an airsoft pistol/rifle? Seems a better way to get an accurate RIF then the 'taylor mades' that are for sale. Any/all info useful. Thanks.
  3. I ask a lot more questions now, about where stuff is made. A lot from China is cheap crap with conterfeited trades, bad for everyone!
  4. Having the same problem! Very few places in the UK seem to support Umarex/VFC airsoft. Air pistol (4.5mm/.177) much better. Just ordered a G17 mag from the USA!
  5. Ended up buying direct from USA. Cheaper than anywhere in EU, even with courier fees!?
  6. Tat's the problem I've found: Lots of 4.5mm air pistol mags available, but not 6mm airsoft!?
  7. I have a knackered CO2 mag (see pics). Cannot find anywhere in UK that can supply new: Have googled but can't find a definite yes/no or guide to dismantling or fixing. Anyone here done or know if it can be? Many thanks.
  8. I contacted dmobezz about one such sale: Luckily, I wouldn't pay without full address and phone number.  I haven't tried phoning, but I have if required ....

  9. Couldn't resist! Some fantastic reviews. Should have thought about extra mags though, not many people seem to keep/have!? Couldn't resist! Some fantastic reviews. Should have thought about extra mags though, not many people seem to keep/have!?
  10. Hi everyone. Just here dipping toe into water - when allowed to (unless travelling to Durham). Dual reasons; fun and as an (currently out ofwork!) actor, a way to keep my hand in in terms of handling. Currently looking for a suitable pistol realistic enough to practice drills with.
