Anyone get the FCW mini14 in the end? Seems to me that the mech will be using the shells as a defacto nozzle and that there will be no separate retracting nozzle. Is that right? In which case, changing GB for a standard design would be ‘challenging’. That aside, probably no hop either. Not impossible though.

Not taped up LOL is camo tape for use in the field. Actually I have weathered it now and looks a lot better as attached. Saying that, you do have to be careful with them 😉

Ah OK understand. My ZB26 came and, after a couple repairs (LOL) is looking and functioning well. Would love to get the receiver marked but don’t see point of buying a laser engraver - do you have someone you use/recommend for this work?

How is this project coming along? I should have an ZB26 later this month and curious.

I fitted the PDiK V2 Gen2 to my Ares M110K a few months back. Used it for 3 games and loving it. yes the trigger cycle is: 1.fire bb, dwell and retract on held pull 2. load bb and remain closed bolt on release. in my case I changed the trigger and springing within the Area gearbox. The GB had a lot of metal to remove as has strengthening fins everywhere. Also the clearance around the trigger valve was tricky in mine. However i was committed so made it happen. Oh and the trigger feel is superbly weighted, crisp with great feel and audible clicks/felt release. Felt bit like the GBLS trigger (later one) for weight. Hope this helps.
