  1. Just ordered these as well for my mk23 - I can't believe the price difference though.....
  2. Hey @Pfc.Macdonald.J - awesome work! Now for North of Nottingham ;-) Here are a few I know of: https://www.humberairsoft.com/https://www.campsparta.co.uk/https://www.facebook.com/Charlie-Delta-Airsoft-Events-And-Shop-176251912954103/?hc_ref=ARTXOyWVZIeZn3-LGDMgUU4R9lvi1hMKl9hkuk7jdGh7EslhFTySl7-lI1Z75XTQG84&fref=nfhttps://www.skirmishthestan.co.uk/http://www.killhouse.co.uk/http://www.havocairsoft.co.uk/
  3. https://airsoftnation.co.uk/stockchecker/ This, probably? Just ease of research on different options I suppose - having everything in the same place.
  4. So that's a no then? I'm looking for something like this: https://www.cubancigarwebsite.com/ But one for RIFs...
  5. Is there a website/resource that has all currently available RIFs in one place? If so, what is it please? I've been looking and can't find anything
  6. No skirmishing for me for a long while, it seems. Absolutely gutted. Torn bicep on left arm. Grrrrrrrrrrr.
I suppose I could always just experiment with MK23 as a one handed primary....

Not worth the risk of further injury mate, get yourself healed up and 100%. The last thing you want to do is turn it into a permanent disability that stops you playing indefinately.

And hey, at least it's not your cranking arm! ;)

Torn bicep is an asprin injury, man up and get on with it.

I feel your pain I have a prolapse disc and cant walk at the start on the season as well , this is going to be my first proper year, as well as last year i was a rental ming. Spent all year buying all the gear just to have it sitting there :(

  7. I don't know enough about it really. And would have no idea how to start myself. What capacity will your mag be?
  8. I have to say, it's been a rollercoaster so far! However, today, it was all worthwhile - the number of people that gazed longingly, asked to hold it / asked about it was amazing. I'm fairly sure at least one person will be showing up with one in the very near future. Dave's custom airsoft has a finance deal on at the mo........
  9. Thanks for the offer @Wo1f, I may have to take you up on that. Although I'm finding myself a little risk averse with the mags. Played today. And what a wonderful day it was! Absolutely spot on - And a beast of a gun, when it's on form. I had a thoroughly enjoyable day. It makes a difference when your primary actually fires! Red gas and better weather FTW. Loads of kills, which makes me happy. However, I find the low caps a challenge when faced with a hi cap AEG army. So ended up on a couple of occasions getting pistol kills cos I'd run dry on the MWS. I carry a back pack now with gas, BBs and the speedloader, so at least I can re-arm myself. All in all, if it keeps working like this, I'll be a very happy bunny. On the low caps front - how do you all deal with it, when faced with an AEG barrage?
  10. I bought a drop in maple leaf set for my WE18C. Perfect service, awesome kit, great price and next day delivery included - Epic!
  11. Very nice looking. But I have no idea which gun it is......?
  12. Nope, no luck at all Funnily enough, I'm on the eagle6 site at the mo. I was using this pipe cutter - https://www.screwfix.com/p/3-28mm-manual-multi-material-pipe-cutter/49428 I'm in between Selby and Doncaster. It's driving me mental - Cos I know that when it works, the gun is awesome!
  13. Trying to do the green gas mod, and after shagging two mags, I give up. First mag, took the valve/pipe out. Bought a pipe cutter - which dented the pipe, but wouldn't cut through. Bought another pipe cutter - which dented the pipe, but wouldn't cut through. Used a hacksaw - which went through the pipe. and the outlet valve underneath. Whilst I was doing this, my darling son had pinched the spring. And twisted it. A lot. Mag one down. So with this new found knowledge, moved on to Mag no 2. Got it all sorted, cut in the right place, rebuilt the mag. And now it won't hold gas. This gun, although I love it, is starting to annoy me. It's like having a gorgeous wife that won't shag you.......
  14. Aaaaargh!
I'm feeling very sorry for myself. I've been shot to sh*t tonight, mostly by someone who thought it's okay to shoot after being hit. Repeatedly.
    And my suppressor is knackered.
And my new case is broken.
    Beer then bed

  15. I am very sad. Today, I went pewpew. But My MWS neither pewed, nor pewed. Started off with red gas, each mag managed about 12 shots before dying. Then ran out of red gas, so switched to ultra-air. And I was averaging 4-6 shots per mag. It made things....... interesting...... to say the least. I was gutted. And yet my MK23 worked just fine on the Ultra-air. It's a beautiful gun, but I am quickly falling out of love with it. I am very glad that a marshal lent me his rifle for the last couple of games, because as good as the MK23 is, having the extra capacity of the rifle was a Godsend! So - help! Wtf do I do, as i'm in danger of getting another gun and putting this one away til Summer (well, late Spring)... Not that I can afford another gun.
  16. What's the tan thing on your mag?
  17. It's excellent! Thank you for finding it! Bit tricky with mesh goggles though.
  18. A few things - A nifty short silencer from @Samurai for my MK23 A few new mags for the the MWS and MK23 (although one's valve is buggered and vents) A TM XL speedloader An angrygun sling plate, which I've now fitted because the castle nut wrench finally arrived The case A Walther 4x scope I think that'll do for now...... Oh - and a dump pouch and a woodland camo waterproof....
  19. I broke mine already Have added a new sling plate, but now can't get upper and lower receiver to join again - any help would be much appreciated! Pics click HERE fixed it - hurrah! Needed to unscrew the buffer tube one rotation
  20. That would be beyond awesome if you could!
  21. In terms of maintenance, what should I be doing to mine? Because I have no idea where to start! TIA.
  22. @Wo1f - Can you use just the nub on its own? If so, what weight BBs can you use before you need to start altering other things? Which speedfills do you use? I'm still using the tube that came with it - and it's painfully slow!
  23. And on a side note, I love how in the Badabing video he shows you how to dismantle the mag - but doesn't mention (or show) what an utter b**tard it is to get the flipping spring back in! When I was doing one, there should have been the Benny Hill theme tune going on in the background.
