    was very reasonable, we did have a few issues on my part, didn't realise the item was in the condition that it was in, he understood that i didn't know the paypal dispute had been started as i didn't recieve the texts he had sent (did show me proof that they were sent which was understandable) would vouch for this guy in the future if need be. thank you for being understanding again
