Thanks. Good feedback. I had a similar experience selling my old paintball markers. In the UK would have got me £60 if I was lucky, collector in the US bought it for $1000 on a specific FB group. I'll check out some CRYE specific FB groups for this. Appreciate your experience, as always! Pete

Looking to put some of my old stuff on eBay / on here to see if it would be of interest to players or collectors. It was some of the first Crye kit in the country afaik, and has been in use for near a decade now, so it's been worn in! I've got a Crye Precision G1 Field Shirt, no pads (LG / R) in great condition (barely used) and a pair of Crye Precision G1 Combat Pants, with pads (34 / R) that has some wear and tear but still feels like there is a lot of life left in them. Wondering what I should be looking for, given the scarcity of these items now. Tagging @TheFull9 bc he knows his shit on this subject! Regards, Pete

Talked to Crye directly. For info, later generation pads are NOT compatible with G1 clothing. Lee

Anyone know if the Crye Precision G1 gear is compatible with the airflex kneepads and elbow pads of later generations? I've got some G1 gear and would like to replace the (frankl;y uncomfortable) kneepads and get some new elbows, but can't find any G1 stuff. Cheers! Lee

Yeah - I hear ya. Actually in a bit of a bind now. + side, I found an APS 2 cylinder at wolf armouries. great! - side, I found another box of airsoft kit with a cylinder in right after I ordered the one from wold. boo! I knew i had one somewhere.... Thought though please gents. I can return the wolf armouries cylinder (when it arrives tomorrow probably), and recoup my costs (minus shipping) but the cylinder I found is missing the bit that threads through the bolt handle. pic attached... Any ideas if that is something you can buy / obtain? what's it even called?! Cheers for the input so far. Lee Problem is that its not currently operational and I'd expect a very low return on all the package. I'll give it a few more goes to get it rocking or cut my losses and allow someone else to pick it up as a project gun. CHeers Lee

Digging my old kit out of storage for a tidy up / possible sale. The stock cylinder I had with my APS2 EX has unfortunately given up the ghost. The stamped cylinder / bolt handle connector are almost falling apart. Any leads on a good replacement? Finding it hard to find APS2 parts these days! Ideally, I'd want a cyldiner pinned at the bolt handle end, rather than stamped metal. Something capable of upgrading spring inside woudl also be great. I've already got a lot of upgraded parts (All LayLax - zero trigger, barrel, bolt handle, cylinder head, inner barrel), spring guide), so some leads on the following would be great: * Upgrade Cylinder * Upgrade Piston Will check my hop out too, as I think that may not have been upgraded previously - was bought / upgraded about 10 years ago and my memory is not that great! 🙂 Any advice welcome. Selling my Browning Hi-Power. I bought this about 10 years ago (second hand), as a display piece. Getting rid of some bits now and hoping this can find another home. Whilst I don't have a clear history for this, It's definitely an OLD pistol, definitely over 20 years old, so I don't imagine skirmishing with this would be any good. This should be considered a collectors item. The pistol is full metal construction, wooden grips. Apparently the metal slide is aftermarket, as the original JAC Browning Hi-Power had a plastic slide. Fully trademarked with: BROWNING ARMS COMPANY MORGAN UTAH & MONTREAL P.Q. It comes with an extra mag (which has always been a bit tight in the magwell). The pistol has not been fired since I first bought it, but I tested both mags tonight in the pistol to be sure and it still does. The pistol comes with a leather shoulder holster, if you're going for that 1980's SAS look/ 😉 No idea what it's worth, but given it's rarity I'm putting what I consider to be a fairly high price on the pistol. I'm open to offers (and comments welcome if you have evidence I'm pricing it out of the market)£150
