  1. Who here actually uses HPA in the UK?

Does a CO2 adapter count? Instead of HPA bottles.

  2. Where could I find a maple leaf autobot 60 degree, and a concave nub in the UK? Or the quickest shipping? Can only find from evike.

  4. Good day at Gunman Tuddenham, sniper rifle got about 15 kills throughout the day, not loads, but good for the first day. Got some .45's and got the Ukara form completed. Good.

Will probably do may, doing April too if you're not banned!

just got some new pistols, so want to try out soon, although the sniper is a bit buggered, so need to fix.

Yes, well you see Defender, with the recent drone increase within the UK (and the World) I've decided to take em all out.

But, Infact, it is just about knowing what barrel you've got if you're going to get a bucking of a certain type.

Yeah. Certain buckings require barrels (bridge/non bridge). before, I was getting way too confused.. I think I started adding the AA unit into the mix, and thought that would only require a certain type of bucking/barrel..

But PT, you say you've used bridged barrels with AA Units, so I don't know why I was concerned with the barrel type...

Almost certain it's bridged. Haven't really been interested in airsoft from mid November through the whole of December. Had no money to put down for the AA unit, so had nothing to do. But now, I've got enough to get the AA unit. So the running version will be: stock vsr barrel (bridged), VSR bucking, AA unit.

True that, in the end, the guns and stuff are good bits of kit. And the price does reflect that. Although frustrating at the same time :P

  13. Airsoft skirmish at Tuddenham this weekend. 26th & 27th anyone going?

Wow, 200? Have seen some vids, potentially need a new site in Suffolk as Tuddenham only does 1 skirmish a month, and does filmsims or mini milsim type stuff. So will have to try Urban Assault, isn't it an abandoned RAF base?

Defender, yeah it's great, friendly site, no cheating. I need to go to Urban Assault though

Giant, yes Mildenhall is very close, tuddenham will probably be your closest game site? On skirmish days there's about 55 people o so.

  20. So after finishing my latest sniper rifle build, I pop in an M145 spring to get close to 500fps.......I get 628

Had the same sort of situation. We don't have a chrono at home, but we had our regulator on the Mancraft system set to a point. We chrono'd it on game day, and we were at 188 FPS with 0.4 BBs. So we could ramp it all the way up to 350 FPS with 0.4bbs. Which was lovely.

  21. Learnt a lot today. First game in 3 and a half months. Went out with the VSR Rifle and my goggles fogged up, and was quite frustrating. But luckily gunman tuddenham had some Nuprol Mesh goggles on sale for £15. And then fogging was non existent. Gun was good, good range, accurate (to an extent) and need a speedloader lol!

Oh ahaha, that's cool. I'll have to see when I'll be there next, it will be a skirmish.

But probably on a Sunday, as I do football on Saturdays.

I'll have a look. From what I've seen, TM vsr mags cost £10 each.
