Yeah the set I bought ages ago had 14 pieces, they were all black but 7 were metric, 7 were imperial. Obviously the only one missing was the one I really needed, but I found that today Anyway, all is well now and I am able to remove what I needed to. Thanks for all the responses.

Last noob question. So I nearly have my gearbox out, and the only thinking blocking it is the bolt release. How do I take out the bolt release? I've watched a few disassembly videos but they don't take it out. One guy did, but he didn't exactly show how to do it. Anyone know?

No idea if I am honest. I'd assume I have to turn it clockwise like I did with the metal part around the barrel nut to release the hand guard itself, but I can't exactly get my hand around it to turn it or anything.

Back with another noob question. Up until now, I've only had experience with delta rings, which might I add, are not my favourite. Anyway, I've come across a new type and it looks much nicer, but I've got no idea how you get the bloody thing off! All the parts on my gun are put on very tightly and are a pain to get off for the first time, so I'd imagine this is no different. I am trying to remove my rear sight, and there is an allen screw holding it on to the rail. So, I got my set of allen wrenches out. Now, I thought the 3mm would fit it, but it won't. It is as if the allen screw is 0.1mm smaller than the wrench... The next smallest I have is 2.5mm, but that is way too small. The screw is rounded on the outside, so I can't even get a grip on it with a normal wrench or pliers. Anyone had a situation like this? I can get all the other screws off, except this one. It isn't stripped either - it has never been tampered with or removed.

Hello, is there anywhere I can find a vest like this, but from somewhere where I don't get slapped by import tax and shipping? http://www.evike.com/products/28902 It'd end up costing me about £85 for something that is only £44, and being on a budget, you can probably tell that this isn't a favourable price. I am mainly looking for a vest with the neck guard, groin protector (it isn't in the picture, but it is folded up) and the shoulder/upper arms protectors. Thanks!

I took the whole receiver apart and tested the lower receiver only in order to see how far the mag went in. It was just being blocked, wasn't the hop up for me, but I will note that

No problem, I will post any findings which are potentially beneficial I've got a few ideas and projects lined up, so I will definitely be taking notes a long the way for others to look at. Ah yeah there are definitely some wobbly mags out there... The worst is probably a wobbly hi cap mag, not only does it rattle from wobbling, but the noise of the BBs... I stick to mid caps personally. PMAGs seem to be pretty sturdy though! Don't even think the tape is needed but I keep it there just in case.

Hello, I recently had an issue with a PMAG and a few M4 platforms, and so I decided to make a guide on how I solved it. The problem is that the PMAG doesn't reach far enough into the magwell, and so doesn't lock into place (meaning it will just come out of the gun and not feed). So, you have to modify the mag slightly which takes a few minutes. Of course, this doesn't happen with all PMAGS, but I have seen that a few people had this issue. As you can see below, I have cut the area in the red circle by about half, which allows the PMAG to go deeper into the magwell. The mag now fits perfectly fine inside the magwell (of a G&G CM16 and a King Arms BW15 Carbine - these two have slightly different magwells which are angled, so this modification should work for you) and feeds fine. Do not take any notice of the notch at the top of the mag - that was for an ACR. The electrical tape is optional - it is there to negate any wobble (some guns have wider magwells). Hope this is of some use. I personally love the look of these mags, so it'd be a shame to let them go to waste.

And so I found another way in which this problem is actually fixed the problem was that the mag simply isn't going into the magwell enough, and so it isn't catching (that also means the mag won't feed). So here is what I've done: http://imgur.com/qIcHmez I simply cut half of that off, because it was blocking the mag from going further. The mag now locks into both the G&G and my King Arms, and actually feeds now. I put a bit of tape just in case there was any wobble (I always do it). Obviously you don't need to cut it, you can just sand it down or something instead but I worked with what I had at the time Just in case anyone is wondering, the notch at the top of the mag has nothing to do with the modification to fit the M4. That was to fit an ACR which works I will put up a guide in case anyone has this issue in the future.

Just another update: After the modification, the PMag fits perfectly into the G&G Raider every time without any problems - absolutely no wobble either, which is better than most of my standard mags. As for my Blackwater, I probably have to modify the mag a little bit more (it catches after applying force, so I guess it just needs that extra bit of space to catch normally). But yeah, those three little teeth things and the height of the mag catch hole were the problem.

Right so I've made a bit of progress it seems. I didn't have a dremel or anything around (all in the shed) so I decided to use a box cutter as a replacement. Instead of dremeling, I just sunk the blade into the polymer which I wanted to remove. There were three tiny teeth sort of things in the mag catch hole on the pmag. I removed all three of those, and slightly increased the height of the hole by about 1mm (probably just under) by rubbing the blade in a line along the polymer. Gotta make do with what you got, right? Anyway, after doing that and being amazed at how clean it turned out, I popped the mag in. Now it didn't catch properly, but I pushed the mag release thing (not the button, the bit on the other side) down (as if I was trying to push the latch into the hole of the magazine). Well, that seemed to work and the mag isn't coming out I will increase the height of the hole by like a quarter of a millimetre (hopefully) and see if that just allows the mag to slide in without me having to push that mag release bit. That probably made no sense and was poorly described, but I will try provide pictures once done. Yeah that seemed to work, although it won't just go in like a normal mag, you have to slap it in as Qlimax suggested. I just had to modify mine first.

Was hoping for this to be a fix for me, but you can smack this mag as hard as you want and it won't catch. Not sure why

Might be worth noting that they worked with a Masada ACR. Part of the mag had to be modified but not a part which would effect it in an M4 - unmodified ones also have the same problem.

Got no idea, bought them off a mate after they were found in a box. He can't remember either, and they've got no indication as to what company made them.

Bit weird... Just stuck a bit of electrical tape under that hole and it holds the mag in better. Dunno how it will feed though. Will try it after. Update: BBs don't feed either, but feed from other mags. Maybe they're just not meant to be
