Ive been airsofting a couple of times now and have been renting weapons, and enjoying myself, but there are quite a few older players who still are very snobish towards why noob status and make comments when they shoot me and such and are always talking with their teammates making fun of the youth players, making pretty harsh statements about higher voices and other things of that nature.
I know there are a lot of chubby kids who come play airsoft because they think its 'CoD in real life' and swear loudly in a squeaky voice every time they get hit.But I myself am polite and listen to everything more experienced players advice me. I have quite a deep voice and I train at a gym every other day. But still I hear older players making comments about me and my age (14), its beggining to make me quite uncomfortable. What should I do?
Thank you

I've played a couple of airsoft games now and want to upgrade from the rental masks, which look like fencing masks to my own.
I was thinking of the lower face protection being mesh and then having either clear goggles or mesh goggles. Then have a beanie to cover my ears and top of my head and a schmock to cover my neck.
I would love to know what you think of this setup and your suggestions. I would also like if you could tell me some places where I can get each item from at a reasonable price without sacrificing quality.
Thank you

Hello,
I've just started playing airsoft I have been to 2 all day games and I want to buy new face protection because the ones you can rent at the site look like fencing masks. They are very uncomfortable and rough on the face.
I was thinking of buying a lower face mesh mask and then either clear goggles or mesh goggles. I would wear a beanie to cover my ears. Also in games when I have been playing because its been cold I've been wearing a fleecy waterproof jacket which has caused instances wear I haven't been able to feel bbs hitting my chest and so haven't known if to call myself out. So to solve that problem I was thinking of buying a proper airsoft jacket so I can feel or atleast hear the bbs hiring my chest area.
I would love suggestions on if these ideas are good and any variations on them aswell as where to get them cheapest.
Thank you for reading
