  1. Here's a question, my UKARA has expired recently. Surely having held one up until recently is proof enough to purchase a RIF?

      TBF its the retailer that would be in very big trouble if a judge decided it was not enough.

      The law states thats its legal to sell/buy a rif for the purpose of playing airsoft.

      Ukara membership needs rewriting so that as long as you attend an event say every 12 months after gaining your initial membership your covered. Renewing every year is a joke. Yes the retailer could of sold you a gun because a ukara membership is not required just a valid defense. Problem being even people in the industry dont always quite understand the whole ukara/vcra thing so they have to play safe.
