  • why do people paint black onto a black gun....???? I went one of the worst paint clean-ups ever.

To cover up damage from removing two-tone?  That is weird though.

Depends on the context, could be to cover a 2 tone or damage or could be for uniformity. My 119A2 build uses parts from several different manufacturers so in order to make the upper look like one piece I painted the Cyma upper and the Angry gun front to make sure they are the same black.

OK, tan body + silver slide OR black body + silver slide glock?

Are there m4 stock adapters for as val/vss?

Anyway to turn a two stage trigger on a p90 to a regular semi-auto switch? Really want one but hate those triggers.

not really, the way it works is every trigger pull fires a semi shot, and the "semi" selector just blocks you from pulling far enough back for a full auto shot.

only way i could think to do it would involve a lot of microswitches.

you do get used to it, tbh i'd just give up on semi and focus on short auto bursts.

Oh, that's how it works. In that case, I could live with that. Time for a 30 rps mini machine????? BBbrbrrrbrbrbrrrrrr

just don't do the hopper/m4 mag monstrousity or i will have to kill you.....

you can convert it to auto only pretty easy, either pull the whole semi contacts or just pull the cutoff lever which will make semi become auto.

Whelp. There goes my gun and game money. Off to a private dentist.

Na, just bad dental hygiene... lucky it isnt too bad with a bit of gingivitis and a small chip off one of my teeth. Just had way too much sugar recently and I paid the price for it ahahahah.... my poor wallet :(

nothing better than having an overwhelming amount of rentals ?

yeah, had a bit of a day like that myself with a couple of folk on the other side.

BUT from a different perspective if they are ignoring point blank hits then at least your not going to have a problem identifying them to a marshal are you ?

Bloody hell ignoring point blank hits? Is your fps ok on your RIF?

Me and and a lad came across each other on a skirmish last weekend and we both said "fuck that" way too close so agreed on hits taken, fist bumped and walked off in opposite direction to our respawn points

Point blank shooting is way too dodgy

G&G etu cuts off at 3.7v wtf...

    Rogerborg

They used to have a reputation for cutting off well above 7.4V, thus the admonitions to use 11.1V.  Maybe they've gone too far in the other direction?

I meant 3.7v per cell which is a bit too high imo...

could be a difference between static and dynamic load, ie the cutoff is being triggered by the voltage when she's actually firing which will be lower than the static voltage.

ahaha solder balls work wonders for replacing ball bearings in selector switches

Genius, the ball bearing from inside my TRMR has gone missing, I was wondering what I had to hand to replace it with.

man, people who purposefully sand down nice externals for looks make me sad

weathering can look good, but quite often it just doesn't quite look right. personally i prefer to let it happen naturally.

So, to change the spring on a TM recoil, Eagle6 will charge you £83. That's beyond ridiculous. Somebody please justify that for me.

And the second-hand price of said 'fully upgraded' rifles goes up by another 150-200 it seems @Rogerborg ?.

Tokyo Marui AEG hype train - overpriced plastic tat.  Now their GBBRs.......

    StayOnTarget
If you'd looked up eagle6 on this forum you wouldn't have wasted your time, why are you changing the spring?

I do think TM aeg's are overpriced but at the same time they are damn good out the box(until they get opened up then they seem to become money pits)

Now their pistols are very good,I have their G17 and MK23(the only thing I've done is straw hop them) I'll never use anything else.

Hopefully in the future I'll come across their GBBRs as I've heard nothing but good things about them

Please bare in mind folks I'm not here to offend, what I like is what I like and its the same for you too ?

I don't get it. G&G gears are to impossible shim; they always sit too damn high.

Can’t say I have had this issue. Firehawk and CM16 where easy enough.

I've replaced them with asg ultimate ones. Works soooo much better. Tuning a G&G blowback gearbox and the bevel and pinion do not mesh well together, at all.

WOW. My gate titan stopped working properly for 2 hours only to find out that the cause was a small tiny spec of black grease on one of the sensors....
