At it's largest it is approximately 120cm, but is adjustable. The padded part is 80cm so would be roughly the minimum size

For everyone's benefit, can you specify the brands involved in the hop upgrade i.e. who are the upgraded chamber, bucking and nub by?

Is the NPAS by Federal Concepts, JP or someone else? Not all NPASes are adjusted the same tool so if it is a more obscure model, a potential buyer should be able to do some research with more information you provide?

Is the Mapgul grip a bog standard MOE grip or something else? Magpul does a lot of different pistol grips.

Which model of Magpul stock is that?
