Description
For sale is a brand new STAR G36KE handguard kit including the slim handguard, flash hider, barrel extension, looped pin and handguard support.
The photo on the box shows it with an inner barrel, but this never came with it and I never needed it so didn’t worry.
This has been removed from the packaging to test fit on my gun and photograph, but is otherwise as new.
As far as I’m aware this is out of production and I cannot find it in stock anywhere online.
In the photos you can see this fitted to my Tokyo Marui G36K recoil shock.
Without the barrel extension, this would replicate a G36KE, however with it makes it a G36KV from what I understand looking online at real G36 rifles.
I believe you could fit this kit to a G36C to make a G36K or KE as the flash hider and barrel extension are 2 pieces.
The handguard also has the recesses for bipod legs, so you could also fit one of these to complete the Bundeswehr look.
Really nicely made stuff, the plastic feels like it’s reinforced and is arguably better quality than the Marui one. Flash hider and barrel extension are aluminium I think.
