Could not tell you bud.its been part of a collection so not really shot it. There are different powered shells, like the cam 870.

@LMKipperA Brocock is not an airsoft gun, it is a Section 5 firearm.

Brococks used a Tandam Air Cartridge system, where the BB was propelled by an individual air cartridge that looks like a center fire round. It was operated using a firing pin into the rear of the cartridge.

If you rebore the barrel and magazine cylinder, you can fire live center fire ammunition out of a Brocock. That is why they are illegal - it is cheap and easy to convert to a live firearm capable of shooting .22 or .38 center fire rounds.

There is no airsoft gun that can be converted to a live firing gun using only a drill.

No I know it's not a 'Brocock' rifle but I thought this type of thing was wrapped up in the same legislation - I know those cool Asahi rifles were covered too. I don't mind being wrong but the law that did away with Brococks says: "any air weapon which uses, or is designed or adapted for use with, a self-contained gas cartridge system is a prohibited weapon: section 5(1)(af). A self-contained gas cartridge system is one in which pressurised propellant gas is stored in a cartridge which also contains the missile."

Don't these hold the gas & bb in the little shell thing?

I don’t think the brococks were banned for the gas system, they were never converted to live fire with the system. It was that the cylinders in the revolvers were chambered for the brocock shell, which could also chamber a .38 special round.

otherwise surely the cam870 would be in the same situation. I may be wrong but that’s what I always thought it was.
