Description
Carbine started off as an XM177E2 but has been modded with a metal brass bump that has been JB Welded onto the upper to make a fake M723/733. You can swap the look of the longer or shorter just by replacing the FSP and outer barrel with the smaller one by unscrewing it. Comes with the M16A1 pistol grip if you want to swap with the A2 version I bought from Brownells. Has a real slightly modded 30rnd mag with a few inerts. It has been given a grey worn dusted used look. *The stock tube is now fixed in place, as sadly it lost some of the thread from receiver and I glued it in. It won't come back out but just to make you aware. Won't come with the barrel mount. £225 posted.
I bought this along with an M16A1 from a decent chap back in 2011 and have just done them up a little to look more realistic than when they came and been on my wall rack with little meddling. Made in the 80's some may consider them collectables? They field strip like original guns and some with work can be made to fire, although reliably they struggled. I never bought the ways n means to get them firing just used them for admiring on my wall 😁.
