Description
Ares amoeba AM014 gearbox
The story behind this gearbox.
I bought this gun as a non worker because I wanted the body for a HPA build
When I got the gun and gearbox I had a look over to see if I could fix the gearbox. AND
The only problem was the original plastic spring guide had broke and was stopping the cylinder from moving.
I replaced the spring guide with a brand new upgraded spring guide (£15) and now it fires like an absolute beaut !
As you can see from the images the “tamper seal” is intact and the gearbox is in Sterling condition !
So I chronod it on .28 and was shooting at around 259-262 FPS ( .28 limit is 296 )
So It’s shooting in limits.
I’m not in a rush to sell and I’m not desperate for the cash so sorry but price is fixed.
This gearbox benefits from ares EFCS so has a programmable fire unit ( safe , semi full auto , burst Etc )
And to buy online just the gearbox it £100+
I’m selling a barely used gearbox with upgraded spring guide AND the motor for £70 which I think is fair
