Genuine Odin speed loader (EMG variant), Used but in good condition and working perfectly. Blue marking's (Yorkie and MH) can be removed with some nail polish remover if desired.

By V2 I assume you mean the improved version for loading EPM1's? In that case, no its not. However it does load EPM1's just fine. I also have set of EPM1 mags for sale that have been broken in and so are easier to load.
