We stock over 16,000 products, we have over 200 different brands on our system.

We try to set prices to be competitive with other shops or better.

 

We have an amazing tech called Ian , he has a great knowledge of airsoft guns and parts needed to upgrade them.

We only recommend upgrades that we would do personally rather than sell a load of parts that would make no difference.

 

We sell, repair, upgrade and service all airsoft guns except HPA and some low cost Chinese models where spare parts are impossible to obtain.

 

Emails are usually answered within a few hours and bar a few exceptions within a day.

Most days the phone is answered quickly, however occasionally there are some days we have less staff at work and there is not always someone available to answer the phone.

If you need original parts for your gun that you can't find anywhere and its a brand we deal with then we can special order direct from the manufacturer, the prices will be higher but that's dues to high postage costs, even on a part that does not cost much.

 

We try to deal with people as we would like to dealt with, returns and refunds are usually dealt with quickly.

 

All the products we sell on our web site that say they are in stock are actually kept in stock in our shop.

We do not have a "European Warehouse" where products are ordered in when sold in our shop and you have to then wait 2-3 weeks for delivery.

Products are usually despatched within 24 hours (Monday to Friday) of the day they are ordered.

Occasionally we have a stock error (maybe once a week) where we then contact the customer and can change the order, refund the missing item or provide a full refund.

Need it quickly then you need to choose the Next Day service and order before 12pm and we post it on a 24 hour service the same day.

 

We get regular deliveries of products and loads of new products every year, over a 1000 new products have been added to the web site in the last year.
