LMKipper Posted Monday at 15:47 Share Posted Monday at 15:47 I did think about cancelling but I'm not in a rush as I've ordered some mags & other bits from HK that I expect will take a couple of weeks. If there's no progress in two weeks though I'll cancel, but for now I'll quite happily save the extra few quid. Do they have a physical retail store or site shop? Wondering if people walked in at the weekend and bought them before they had chance to update their online inventory.

The website was offline until Saturday afternoon so the stock levels should have been accurate if they actually had 3 in stock.
Super64 Posted Monday at 19:49 Share Posted Monday at 19:49 I’ve had a couple of back and forth emails today while at work. It appears their stock levels were wrong. Showed 3 in stock, but actually had none. They’ve had to inform 3 of us today that the orders will be delayed. They did give me the option of a full refund, but as with LMKipper, I’m in no rush for it and I’ll wait as opposed to spending the extra cash. I’ve got some extra bits ordered that’ll take a while to get here. They’ve confirmed they have them on order and should be here within 2 weeks. Possibly earlier. This is the first time I’ve had issues with HPA, having ordered quite a few things from them. I’m quite happy with how they’ve dealt with the situation in the end, after being quite annoyed initially. It’ll not put me off buying from them in future. 1st commando Posted Tuesday at 10:57 Share Posted Tuesday at 10:57 From what i understand stock levels were out because of the annual stock take which was why they were closed over the weekend. Annual stock takes are a pain in the ass for any business tbh but it does give a chance to correct stock levels which were previously incorrect novioman
