LMKipper Posted April 14 Share Posted April 14 I did think about cancelling but I'm not in a rush as I've ordered some mags & other bits from HK that I expect will take a couple of weeks. If there's no progress in two weeks though I'll cancel, but for now I'll quite happily save the extra few quid. Do they have a physical retail store or site shop? Super64 Posted April 14 Share Posted April 14 I’ve had a couple of back and forth emails today while at work. It appears their stock levels were wrong. Showed 3 in stock, but actually had none. They’ve had to inform 3 of us today that the orders will be delayed. They did give me the option of a full refund, but as with LMKipper, I’m in no rush for it and I’ll wait as opposed to spending the extra cash. I’ve got some extra bits ordered that’ll take a while to get here. They’ve confirmed they have them on order and should be here within 2 weeks. Possibly earlier. This is the first time I’ve had issues with HPA, having ordered quite a few things from them. I’m quite happy with how they’ve dealt with the situation in the end, after being quite annoyed initially. 1st commando Posted April 15 Share Posted April 15 From what i understand stock levels were out because of the annual stock take which was why they were closed over the weekend. Said they've not heard anything from the supplier themselves, and might be able to give me an update by the end of the week. I received it on Saturday. I just assumed they had received a bunch and had sent them out, but they must have only got a couple in. I’m guessing they’re sending them out in order of who ordered first. Just waiting on my steel slide and barrel being delivered. But on the other hand I wish they'd said 'another batch came in and out but you're next' rather than what they actually sent me, which was: Quote We've tried calling our supplier for an update on there arrival as we've not received any notifications and hes not answered most likely due to it being a monday and mondays are always crazy. So im going say by the end of week for an update, probably wont be but just in case.
