Hi all I've recently purchased a set of earmor m32h for arc/flux/exfil rails from patrol base and I'm struggling to get them on my fma caiman bump helmet from what I see the ones I've received have the exfil rail adapter on it from what ive read online the exfil adapter should still fit the arc rails any idea/help? Pic of helmet included

Have you got a picture of the rail adaptor you have?

Personally, I'd recommend these instead https://www.amazon.co.uk/FMA-Tactical-Hunting-Airsoft-Suspension/dp/B07V5ZYPR5 as the included adaptor from Earmor has always been garbage.

The ones you have look to be a copy of the Mark 2.0 adapters https://www.tactical-kit.co.uk/unity-mark-20-modular-attach-rail-kit-35309-p.asp which are listed as both fitting the normal arc rails https://www.galvion.com/products/caiman-ballistic-helmet-system and the Viper arc rails https://www.galvion.com/products/viper-interlocking-long-rails . The one you have is a copy of the skeletonized rails that come with the Caiman are prone to being out of spec on the real one. Users of the real ones have the same issues you are having.

So if they are to tight they file the adapters until fitting or if loose buy ARC rails.

The only 1 star review I can see is from someone that didn't realise he was getting a Chinese clone of a Unity Tactical item and was upset because they didn't fit a pair of headphones they were never designed to work with. I'd take that with a hefty pinch of salt.

You could of course get a set of actual Unity Tactical mounts but given what @Chev Chelios mentioned about the rails on the FMA Caiman often being out of spec that, your mileage will almost definitely vary.

ik this is a super super late reply ive had the adapters and have tried fitting them on they kinda fit the m32 but with one caveat they seem not wide enough/really tight and when i get both of them on the helmet and try putting the helmet on they pop off im assuming i need to try to bend the metal wires outward a little to give my head more room?

worst case ill have to fork over 20 bucks or so and just get the headband and wear it under my helmet

Odd. I have them on my Earmors and they work fine, I seem to recall that the gap between the wires is slightly less than the width of the Earmors but I've had mine for quite a while so they may have changed (both the adaptors AND the Earmors). As far as that goes I'm pretty sure I just bent the wires to fit by hand.

the wires are super stiff and hard to bend so im slightly worried about bending them but maybe my heads just to fat lmao ill give it a try
