I made a purchase, received item and it wasn’t the item which they market on the website. Emailed and telephoned countless times trying to explain they have miss represented an item. After a few more emails they finally provided a returns label. And that’s it. They have gone silent once again and not answering their phones or replying to my emails asking about my refund. I have documented every email, call and even photographed the item I sent back so they can not say it’s not as it was when they sent. I even took photo evidence of myself dropping at a UPS drop off point! I just have a feeling, and after seeing other customers reviews via trust pilot and Google, that I won’t get a refund. in my opinion I wouldn’t advise ordering from them online. Maybe visiting the shop is a better idea, but I personally won’t be giving them anymore custom! Can you do a chargeback through your card issuer, assuming you paid by credit/debit card? I have yes started a dispute to get the funds back through my bank. My Mrs has always told me to make payments through PayPal for this purpose. Can’t let her know she was right! If the merchant accepts credit/debit cards you can do a chargeback through the card issuer. If a single item you are purchasing is over £100 it’s better to use a credit card as you get the additional protection of Section 75. In this case it’s better to NOT go through your PayPal account as it can invalidate the use of Section 75. This explains it better than I can - https://www.moneysavingexpert.com/credit-cards/PayPal-Section75/ Cannonfodder

Many thanks but yes I have started the process with the bank as it was purchased through a debit card. I’ll update if I hear anything from them or bespoke! Cooperman26
Update. After being promised a refund that never materialised, the bank agreed with my case and reimbursed me, yesterday. Galvatron, TrooperX, Cannonfodder and 1 other

If it's a repair under warranty my next e mail would say they've got a week to either complete the repair work or issue a full refund or you'll be taking legal action If they really do have a massive amount of warranty repairs to do then it makes me wonder how crap their stock is I've bought a pew from them. Sent it back and got a replacement which was also faulty 😂 They're terrible at answering the phone, or at answering any emails when you want to get your money back. If you want to give them money they're all over it.

If you want to give them money they're all over it. Bought a Cyma SVD from them, arrived with the stock hanging off so returned it. Sent an email with pictures, they replied once saying they'd look into it? They went quiet after that, I had to call numerous times and when I finally got through the guy was extremely rude. He said he’d call me back in an hour, never did. Rang them 3 hours after and the guy I originally spoke to answered and said “I told you I’ll call you when I’m ready” and hung up on me, so I rang back again and spoke to somebody else, one of their techs iirc. Got it all sorted and sent it back to them, again it went quiet. I emailed them twice with no answers, called and was told they had received the package and would call back once it was checked out. Spoiler: they didn’t. I left it for a week before calling them back again, turns out they “lost” the return slip that was in with the replica and they had no idea who the return was sent by or what was wrong with the replica (Despite the stock hanging off!!!). They finally informed me a replacement would be sent out, which was also delayed. All in all, it took me 3 weeks to receive my replacement purchase.
