Help identifying gbb ak magazines

So I got 2 gbb ak mags in a joblot and ive never seen ones with a feed system like this. Googled gbb ak mag and nothing came up like this. Anyone know what they are?

I can't tell you what they are, but I can confirm they are definitely NOT TM mags, since that's the GBBR AK I have and my mags don't look at all like that.
