So, I wanted to downgrade the fps for my AUG to below 330fps and for that purpose I purchased an ASG Ultimate Mil-Spec M95 spring (you can see it here: https://www.surplusstore.co.uk/asg-m95.html )... I was surprised to see that is 2.5cm longer than the original spring in my AUG.

Original Spring Length: 152mm
New (ASG) Spring Length: 177mm

Question: What spring should I look for in that gearbox?

Aftermarket springs are invariably longer than OE ones. Don't worry about it.

I must have at least 5 different brands of M100 springs knocking around my spares box. Not one are the same length.

Fit the new spring and re-chrono. I'm sure it'll be fine.

As it's ASG Ultimate, there's a good chance it was OEM'd by Lonex, and their stuff is decent.
