TomFarrington97
What’s going on Hive mind, Got a little problem I’m hoping someone can help with. I have a CYMA M14 SOCOM, I bought it second hand and it all works fine. Only thing was when I got it, the flash hider didn’t have the grub screw in, instead a screw. It did it’s job for a while but now completely let go so the whole front is held together with electrical tape. Just wondering if anyone would know of anywhere I can a new/used flash hider so I can replace the current one I have. Searched the interwebs and found bugger all so helping someone here can help, cheers.

Laylax do one but comes with the front sight post and isn't cheap https://wolfarmouries.co.uk/laylax-socom-front-sight-hider-set-for-tm-m14.html The other option might be to get a tap and recut the thread? Then you could put a new grub screw in there. Both cheaper than a new flash hider and readily available from Amazon. I can check mine and see what size the hole is if you like?
