snuff Posted December 19, 2020 Posted December 19, 2020 Just in case anyone was wondering I have had a recent warranty claim with Taiwan Guns and it has gone well,the first time for a claim and we have bought a lot.The AEG in question was a CYMA Platinum which stopped firing during it's first day out.I suspected the Mosfet. I contacted them on 05/12. I received a reply on 08/12 I received a return label on 09/12 I returned it that day vis UPS foc. They recieved it on 14/12. They have posted it back via UPS on 18/12.Due 24/12. Not bad and all foc but an undisclosed issue,I may ask after I check it.
