Luke85
Hey, so I already own a TMRS Scar L (upgraded) and love it to bits. Im fancying the M4 cqb-r as a decent back up and also a lighter, compact indoor cqb gun. Question is, its been around a fair few years now and was one of the earliest recoil shocks to come out, is it still a decent purchase new, or is the 416 the much better option. Is the 416 still viable as a cqb gun or is the older, cheaper and shorter cqb the best bet? Just after opinions and thoughts of any ownera of said platforms. AlphaBear
I have an original recoil SCAR L (stock), a recoil M4A1 SOCOM (upgraded) and a 'newer' recoil HK417 recoil. The gearbox hasn't changed from when they first came out.. The 416 platform just looks more seal team savvy. If you just fancy a 416 by all means go for it but it will have the same oomph as the stock M4 CQBR model.. Marui just changed the name to Next Generation recoil... For CQB you can always get the cheaper HK416C instead of going for a Delta or Devgru..
