Provided you follow the guidance you don't need UKARA, however you'll need to convince the judge of that proof and essentially leave it in their hands to decide what's acceptable or not. However, we haven't seen it taken into court, we can only go by the Circular/Guidance Notes for Airsoft under the 'permitted activities' label. Duff Posted July 6, 2018 Share Posted July 6, 2018 I wanted to make a Rueger Mini 14 with foldable stock but gave up on the idea when I found out that sourcing a replica to carve up would cost more than a new RIF.
