kieranbarker95 Posted March 4, 2017 Posted March 4, 2017 Hi I recently took apart my BB gun grip as the gas was leaking and I opened it up to see if I could fix it. However when I did so a small metal bar flew out, and I can't figure out where it goes!
RR01 Posted March 4, 2017 Posted March 4, 2017 It would help if you gave details of the make and model, but from a quick look I'd think it was the mag retaining spring. No idea how it fits though.
kieranbarker95 Posted March 4, 2017 Author Posted March 4, 2017 I ended up finding another one of these metal bars, and this is the model of the gun on the leaflet
alex90 Posted March 6, 2017 Posted March 6, 2017 it looks like the trigger bar spring and it goes just inside the grip and it pushing up on the trigger bar to give it tension it can be a right pain to get in the right place
kieranbarker95 Posted March 19, 2017 Author Posted March 19, 2017 the two bars i found have nothing 'springy' in nature, and i cant see how they would be a spring in any way.
kieranbarker95 Posted March 19, 2017 Author Posted March 19, 2017 The metal bars have something to do with holding this black bar up into place, as without it in place the gun would not shoot. So if you guys can figure out what this is I would greatly appreciate it!
kieranbarker95 Posted March 19, 2017 Author Posted March 19, 2017 As you can see this black bar needs to be held in place as it becomes loose and won't make the 'click' that it is supposed to. 51165504989__0972BEDA-9D7D-480B-ADDA-BAAECAD9770D.MOV
alex90 Posted March 20, 2017 Posted March 20, 2017 it will be held in place by the grip there should eb some groves or marks that hold it there like said its a pain in the arse it looks very similar to one of my old m92f
Whengunswentpew Posted December 15, 2017 Posted December 15, 2017 I have the exact same model and make as yours. From the looks of it the others are correct about it being the spring that pushes up the trigger bar (part 71 in the manual) however, yours appears to have been bent out of shape and snapped. You'll need to get a replacement spring.
kieranbarker95 Posted December 15, 2017 Author Posted December 15, 2017 Hi, any idea where I could buy a replacement?
Whengunswentpew Posted December 18, 2017 Posted December 18, 2017 I usually get parts like that from fire support, but I'm not sure if they have any of that particular spring
