  1. Thanks! I'll give that a go in the morning.
  2. Hello, I lost the nut that is used to attach the AAP-01 folding stock to the pistol. I don't suppose anyone knows/could get the dimensions for the nut so I can get a replacement one. Thanks in advance!
  3. The first time my dad's landlord came to his flat to collect the rent, he had to quickly explain why I was sitting on the floor with a bunch of disassembled guns.
  4. Hello, as the title says, I have a Valken Alloy Series M4 and I am looking for a second upper receiver that will fit it's tolerances. Thanks in advance.
  5. There's a shop near me that sells springs of pretty much every size and strength so i was planning on removing the spring from the gun to take it that shop and find a weaker one of the same length.
  6. I'll start by saying that this isn't from firsthand experience, this is from a friend who has one. On the plus side, it's fairly gas efficient, at least on semi, it's also pretty light weight and both the pistol grip and foregrip feel solid enough. It wasn't used that much but it still worked last time I saw it. However, his one did have a tendency to leak slightly, and outside of the pistol grip and foregrip, it did feel pretty cheap and the sights were crap, they didn't line up properly and the rear sight was loose. Other then that, the hop up is fixed, internals are mostly metal and I can't really vouch for the accuracy outside of CQB. Hope this helps a bit.
  7. Search for R93 on this website. They don't have trigger parts, but they have a few other R93 parts that can help with those other issues. https://www.fire-support.co.uk/category/parts/
  8. Thanks, I appreciate the help and I'll let you all know how the project goes.
  9. While it's more of a temporary fix, I've wrapped rubber seals in electrical tape before which held up fairly well.
  10. Funnily enough, a lighter trigger pull was another goal of this project. As for the length, I'll probably shorten it to be slightly longer then the standard pistol version. Can't be certain till i have it back but it's definitely going to be a lot shorter.
  11. The carbine version is what i'm starting with as well. I'll have it back this weekend (left it at my dad's place before the lockdown hit) so i can check the barrel then and I'll see what I can do about that spring. The overall goal is to get the FPS below 350 if possible so I can use it at my local cqb site, last time i put it through a chrono it was around 470 on green gas so i'm hoping with some modifications and white gas it'll run below 350. Also your mauser looks brilliant, nice work!
  12. I have a friend who can make a new spring if it goes wrong, so i'll be sure to give that a try. Fortunately part of the design for this project involves shortening the barrel so I need to get a new inner barrel for it either way. Thanks for the advice, you've been a great help.
  13. to back up what CrackCommando said, the first gun i painted, i used a clear coat afterwards and that paint has lasted way longer then anything i've painted without it.
  14. bearing in mind i play indoors mostly, probably mid range pistol accuracy and sluggish reactions.
  15. https://www.fire-support.co.uk/category/parts/ Here, just type VSR into the search bar on this site, they have plenty of parts.
  16. Hello. I need to reduce the fps on my HG-196 Mauser for a project. Don't suppose anyone knows of an adjustable valve that will fit it or of any other ways i can reduce it's power.
  17. Got this yesterday, absolutely loving it so far, can't wait to use it in a skirmish.
  18. Finally got my G&G L85 carbine today, haven't had a chance to fire it yet but it feels damn perfect.
  19. Been waiting ages to get this and it finally arrived today, can't wait to test it
