If im totally honest if some random 20odd year old with a high millitary rank badge turns to me and attempts to give me orders as he thinks he has leadership value, id tell him to f*ck off!

I think I'd do that (thou in slightly different words) ranks or no ranks^^

 

 

Thou I do find the lack of organisation problematic occasional, but the point is, I think this is rather off topic?

I do like what the Americans do though, assigning leaders, platoon and squad level commanders - bad decisions can keep things interesting as much as good. For one thing, there's more narrative to things going awry.

 

But only if it is part of the gametype.
