Is there is anyone on here who would be able to tap my m700 mags?

I'm going to need 2 done, one long mag and one short mag.

Happy to pay a reasonable price.

If you can get to Crawley I can point you at a company that did my M700 bits for me (is currently doing some other HPA bits for me too). Didn't cost much.

I have looked alot into doing it myself. And i was just after the real cap tapped. use to paintball so have the air tanks and remote coil so on.

But out of curiosity how did you go about yours? Is it as simple as installing a q/d air nozzle into the mag and a regulator off a bottle to control psi?

My G5 mags are in the DIY thread:

If you just want to tap a WE mag then the easiest solution (if they fit) is to remove the gas fill valve off the bottom and fit a CQB Russian to each of your gas mags. Downside is it is prone to damage when you go prone and will raise your profile:

If you are happy with using taps then you could put it at the rear of the mag rather in the fill valve hole but I have no experience with converting WE mags to HPA yet. Personally I think hi-cap mags with HPA are far better for practicality but can have feed issues.

Alyan Airsoft have this hi-cap for WE GBBRs you can buy already made:

Would be around £100 I imagine with shipping but when you add up enough of the CQB Russian connectors to give you enough mags to skirmish (guess around 7 mags) you are looking at the same price but can only carry 210 BBs in 7 heavy mags, the Alyan M4 mag holds 300 BBs for the same money!

I ordered pretty much all my components from Palmers Pursuit in the USA as I can get free shipping through a mate that has hold space on a plane.
