Hi guys, i am new to this forum! :D

I have come here to ask: 'Which (type of) Airsoft Gun should i purchase, and why.' (£300 - £400 Budget)

Also, a good, reliable sidearm?

Just some info; I am newbie to airsoft and only go into it a couple weeks ago. I have decided to get into Airsofting as i have always had a Gun fascination since i was young, and Airsoft, well...it would probably be the closest and most awesome thing to a real firearm or anything else.

*The Airsoft guns suggest by you guys, please must be available in the UK, and must either be Two - Tone, or an option for that as i do not have UKARA license Or any other sort of proof <_<.

(If there is a way to get an RIF, without proof, please tell me!)

I am into the Airsoft Snipers for some reason, as they look striking and have great accuracy, here a two Gas powered Snipers i could get:

http://www.onlybbguns.co.uk/gas-guns/g96-d-g96-awmsas-sniper-rifle.html - Here is a review of this one -->

http://www.airsoftworld.net/swiss-arms-sar10-co2-gas-vsr-black.html - This one too -->

I browse for Airsoft Guns on these websites:

http://www.airsoftworld.net/

http://www.justbbguns.co.uk

http://www.ukbbg.co.uk/

http://www.onlybbguns.co.uk/

http://www.actionhobbies.co.uk/

It would be nice if the guns suggested were upgradable as well! I am open to any suggestions :P

Also, after i have found the right Airsoft Gun, any recommendation for Firing ranges and Skirmishes near London? :)

Thanks alot guys, really appreciate the help! - Jourdan S

First off what guns do you like, what have you handled? You have to add 2tone to thecart seperatly by going to the AEG category

I'd suggest any of these for a first gun G36, M4 , AK74, mp5 ..ect

Brand wise TM, ICS, G&G and classic army

Like i've said, have not ever handled an airsoft gun so i dont really know. Thanks for the tip and i like G36's, AK's M4's, also the A & K Masada. Oh and I like gas powered rifles as well as electric!, also another bit of info: Would like the Gun (Stock) to have a good FPS!!!

Some sites will not allow GBBRs like freefirezone just as a warning check with your local site

Ok, thanks, this is handy, i guess i will stick with an electric powered rifle! I guess they are more reliable, and there is more of a range of them......

Or maybe gas powered Sniper Rifle.....

1) go one zero one 's website (they do free two tone'ing, and have a good selection of guns to suit all tastes)

2) buy a G&G cm16 (or any G&G rifle)

...

...

4) enjoy :D

on a serious note, have you been to a skirmish? if not, go along and hire a gun, and see if you like it ;)

my advice (for what its worth) dont get a sniper rifle as a first gun, as they require alot of upgrades, where as the rifle i mentioned above is good to go once you put a battery and bb's in it B)

Thats true, and he could get a very good gun for £300, that said, however as the OP has not been to a skirmish, i am going to stick my head out and guess he has no other kit (batteries/chargers/bb's/tactical clothing etc etc) which would soon eat into his budget.

besides if the OP was to buy a mega expensave first gun, then decide airsoft isnt for him (unlikely ;) ), its not all his budget gone B)

Good Thinking! You're exactly right. Also are Magpul a good make? They make modified (pre- installed parts) on their stick gun i.e stock, grip etc
