Airsoft Defence Wording

Does anyone know where the actual wording for the airsoft defence can be found?

 

googled VCRA and could not find airsoft listed in the legislation defences but obviously it is out there somewhere.

an airsoft rifle isnt defined as an "airsoft gun" or "BB gun" its classed as a "imitation firearm"

The defence is set out in the regulations, as linked above. These defences are liable to change at any time at what is effectively the whim of the home secretary.
