Cheapest possible place to get a TM VSR is from Echigoya,for only 120£,but then factor in the shipping from Japan and customs.

 

Pro Airsoft Supplies Have them. Not sure about the stock though.

FireSupport have the Pro for £180 (about the same price as if you shipped it from over-seas) and you can get the RIS to mount a scope on it for about £20
