Been wanting to get into airsoft for a while now and ive been doing plenty of research on guns.

Max budget is around £200 for the gun (with battery and atleast 1 mag)

So ive been looking at G&G gr-16's and all ive heard is rave reveiws about it.

Great accuracy and power, Very strong, Well made and also looks brilliant even in the two tone blue.

So just looking to get your guys thoughts.

Ill need like 2 mags (Hi-cap) and a decent battery thats going to last a whole day of skirmishing.

Are there any upgrades I should make straight away like swapping out the battery or mags or whatever.

Thanks for your help.

Very good gun. Got ours from action hobbies - http://www.actionhobbies.co.uk/Assault-Rif...AEG_B22C48.aspx

When we opened the box it had a battery and charger included although I don't think it was supposed to be in there. The battery was the 1600 which is a bit small for a whole day so a second battery would be useful although a lot of sites have fast chargers available for use between games.

Superb Guns for the money. I started off with a clear (2 tone) blowback which I still have and have since bought 2 others (1 BB & 1 non BB). Very robust weapons and easy to modify :-)

Best mod I've made is to replace front Handguards with a RIS but that involved using an AN/PEQ Box to hold the Battery which I upgraded to LiPo at the same time.
