Supporters Rock-climby-Dave Posted April 16, 2010 Supporters Share Posted April 16, 2010 You can use any RIF's (black ones) without UKARA, so yes, your dad could get registered and own the guns and let you use them. But (and this still technically applies for two tones aswell) NO MONEY CAN CHANGE HANDS. You are not allowed to own one at all. he can buy it using his money and then sell it to you once you are also registered, but you cannot own one untill later. IF's(two tones) can be possessed by people under 18 but only gifted, technically money changing hands from child to parent who bought it is illegal. not that anyone has any way of enforcing the TT one.
